Deep Tissue Massage- Targets deep layers of of sub-muscle containing knots and adhesions. Helps relieve back pain and inflammation. Pre-Natal Massage- Helps reduce body aches, tension or stress. Lymphatic Drainage- Relieves swelling when a medical treatment or disease blocks the lymphatic system.

Why should I receive a massage?Massage helps relieve tension and stress in all walks of life. From weekend warriers to laborers or people sitting behind a computer. It helps reduce tension, increase circulation and flexibility.

Where will it take place?A room will be assigned for your massage in the massage establishment. Peaceful atmosphere, soft lights and the massage table.

What should I wear during the massage?Wear comfortable clothes on the day of your massage. Depending on your comfort level you may be naked or leave your bra or underwear on.

Will someone be in my room when I undress?No. Your practitioner will leave the room for your privacy.

What body parts will be massaged during my massage?The part of the body you requested when you booked your appointment. Your practitioner will ask what body parts are ok to be massaged. No sexual body parts will be massaged.

What are the benefits of getting a massage?There are many benefits of massage. Massage increases circulation, reduces stiffness, releases endorphins when feeling pain or stress, releases serotonin which helps with sleep and the sleep cycle and dopamine increasing oxytocin helps in social bonding, happiness, and motivation.

What if I have a medical condition?Prior to your massage your practitioner will ask you questions regarding your health. You may need to ask your Medical Doctor to see if you can receive a massage and provide a prescription.

Will my insurance cover my massage or bodywork services?Yes. If you are in auto accident or work injuy your insurance may cover it. Check to see if your insurance covers massage or bodywork. If covered your physician wright a perscription for the massage and bodywork.

Will my insurance company cover my medical massage?Some insurance companys will cover Medical Massage, please to check with your insurance to see if it is covered under your plan. Currently there is no Code for Medical Massage instead your carrier would look under "manual therapy" (CPT Code 97140).

How can I get a medical massage if my insurance carrier covers it?If covered you would need a perscription from a Physician for a specific diagnosis. Please check with your doctor or health care provider to help you with this.
